There is a special group of folks working here. Every person who was part of my care team, no matter what position they held, exceded their duties and did it with the greatest kindness. If your loved one needs short or long term care, I highly recommend Kirtland Rehabilitation.
I have to be fair. They are trying to get things together here, but it's taking a very long time. It was not the setup I expected when I first got here, so things were pretty rough on me. But by the next day they had straightened out a major misunderstanding. There are still many things here that need to be addressed: Dietary really needs to improve, but they're trying. The negative attitudes of some staff at second shift need to go. Still, many of the staff are compassionate and try to get things done. Call lights are frequently not answered in 20 minutes, which is state law. My clothing had come up missing, but hopefully that situation has been corrected. If conditions...read full review
I work with Cypress Hospice. Evan and the Kirtland staff have gone above and beyond to make arranging and completing respite stays effortless and seamless for our patients! I am grateful to have built this relationship for our patients and myself! Thank you Evan!
