Great experience with Justin and his employees. We would absolutely recommend him without hesitation to others seeking the services his company provides. We had our roof and gutters replaced, and from our first contact with Justin to the completion of the entire project, we were confident in our choice and completely satisfied with the results. He also arranged for some additional work that we needed (chimney repair and corrective action for some issues with our attic ventilation that we'd been unaware of until his inspection) and then he returned later to check on that work. We learned a great deal along the way, too, because of Justin's expertise and his willingness to spend time explaining things and sharing his knowledge. He knows his business; the formal written estimate we received matched his preliminary estimate, he explained how the project would progress in detail, his roofing and gutter replacement teams were efficient and finished according to the plan, and they were also meticulous with their clean-up. No BS and no surprises. We hope to do some additional exterior renovations in the next year or so, and we plan to consult Justin first about that when the time comes.
