James and his crew were absolutely amazing. From the moment we called, we knew that this would be a personalized experience and not just checking some boxes on a piece of paper. Quote came back so much better than others received and was fully transparent on materials, workmanship, warranties, etc. Any questions were answered quickly and accurately. When it came time for install, the crew brought their own dumpster and materials so there was no coordinating it with other companies. I was referred to James by my father in law. He came out, looked at the roof, gave us a quote. Uses good quality GAF materials, competitive pricing, and a good workmanship guarantee. They arrived at 6:30 am, were tearing off shingles at 6:35 am, and the 8 guys had the whole 3,700 square foot roof ripped off, all the materials picked up, and the new roof put on by 4:30 pm. Professional, honest, kind, and very hard workers. Thoroughly impressed and pleased.
