My husband and I secured 3 bids for the repair and Steve’s quote was WELL, (by $2000-$5000), under the other 2 plumbing companies quotes. Steve also spoke knowledgeably about our situation. Steve knows all rules and regulations regarding water main repair as it pertains to the City of Oakwood. Our yard was NOT torn up as we had seen a yard on our street that experienced a similar water main issue and was serviced by a different plumbing contractor. Best pricing (based on five quotes), fast and professional installation, friendly, and committed to their customer's satisfaction. Replaced old tank water heater and water softener with new tankless water heater and new water softener. Very pleased with the installation and the entire process. They even came back out during the inspection to make sure everything was good and we were satisfied. Highly recommend.
