Chriss Thompson's Whole32NewYou program has exceeded my expectations. Not only have I lost 25 pounds in 50 days but my blood tests and blood pressure have shown major improvements. I plan to stay on the Whole32NewYou program until my weight loss goals are met. At that point I will use the guidance from the program to reintroduce foods that are currently not part of my diet in a systematic way to determine if there are any that I should stay away from. Chriss has a dynamic personality and is very engaging. Her classes are very informative and FUN. I have repeated the class several times. I have certainly learned how to eat and live healthy from Chriss but taking it again helps keep me motivated. One nice benefit is learning how to cook the healthy meals and to sample them with our weekly dinner before class. I encourage anyone to try the class that wants to get a healthier eating style, meet some really nice people, eat some good food and have a great time doing it.Lynda

Chriss is very inspirational and motivating. Her own personal stories help to show she has had her own personal struggles and has overcome them.She gives you the "whys" behind everything she suggests, which for me is very important in being able to follow advice.I love being able to try different foods that she prepares during the class so I know whether I would want to make them at home.I have suggested her classes to several friends and can't wait to hear of their successes with weight loss and improved health journey!
