I recently had a new Geothermal System installed by Outstanding Heating & Air, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Having COPD heat and humidity makes breathing unbearable. Nothing is worst than not being able to breath. They came out after a busy day to get my air going. it was after 10:00 pm. I was extremely grateful.
Best decision we made to call OUTSTANDING HEATING & COOLING! Technician Austin was professional as he donned shoe covers so as not to track in rain and dirt into our home. He was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to check our thermostats, filters, and educate us on our HVAC system. He determined the issue quickly and was able to engage the business manager in locating a rare controller component on our behalf. Thank you Kevin for leaning into that scavenger hunt! Fair quote, shared options on maintenance plans for future system health, and friendly customer service follow-up calls. Beyond delighted to get our AC running before the Summer really heats up!
