I met with Dr Tsai and immediately felt like he was going to help me get the information I needed about my own condition to make more knowledgeable decisions for future good health. Very personable and actually listens to you!“

But the kind lady went out of her way to see if she couldn't get my wife scheduled here at Kettering today. She was able to get my wife scheduled today. I wish I knew her name. We did thank her. “Dr. Lewis is amazing, and her staff is very good. She cares about her pts. She will help you with anything she can to keep you healthy, I love the fact she isn't a doctor who throws medications at you to solve problems but actually uses her knowledge to help you. I have had several other doctors and she is my favorite by far. I truly trust her and her staff. Her referrals to specialists are amazing. I have a great team of doctors and am healthier than I have been in years.“

“When I started going to the office, I had Angela Keeton (the nurse practitioner at the time) and she was great. When she left, I went to the new nurse practitioner at the time for one appointment and I switched to Dr. Javanov permanently. He's a great doctor, really down to earth even when I'm not.<br>The only 2 problems I have is the poor guy is so damn busy, it's hard to get an appointment and the staff is a sometimes rude on the phones, but they are fine in person.<br>OH! And I almost forgot, according to the office manager, their billing system is charging a 1 year old a copay directly and only reason I found out was I got it from a debt collector in my son's name.<br>So, 3 problems. Sorry.<br>So to sum it up, Dr. J great, staff in person nice, staff on phones and in business roles kind of rude and not completely understanding their roles in the system. Don't let the rude individuals deter you from using this office if you need a good doctor because most of the staff you will come in contact with are actually kind with their patients.“

“I've had multiple trips to MVN over the past few months to see several offices housed here, both for myself and for residents in the assisted living facility where I work. Each time I've visited I've found this to be a very clean facility, with plenty of masks and sanitizer available in this Covid Era. As you enter the main doors you see the help desk, where a friendly person is always waiting to give directions if needed. The building also has clear signage, which is nice. Parking out front is ample, once you realize there's a second lot up the slight hill. Overall, If recommend this facility to anyone, as I've been very happy with my visits here.“

“I can honestly say my experience at Sugarcreek Health Center Imaging was great! I had been evaluated by Virginia. She is definitely a people person, professional, knowledgeable, and explained each detail of the imaging, which was my entire digestive system. I was surprised she has been working in the field a long time because she was energetic and appeared highly motivated. Its been a long time since I had that much attention by a medical professional. I also want to comment on the other staff members. The you lady at the front counter was extremely pleasant and helpful as was the lady who collected my medical information. I was really dreading the imaging and they all made me feel extremely comfortable and offered a cup of coffee. I will seek to have all my future imaging with Sugarcreek.“

“The first impression I had of the doctor was terrible and I didn’t want to go back. Being on Medicaid, choices are very limited. I was forced to stay because I couldn’t find anywhere else accepting new patients. Now, I love the doctor. He really does care about his patients. My daughter missed an appointment without rescheduling and he told me about it so that I can get her to come in, of course, after checking to make sure it was ok to discuss her medical issues with me. Then, I unknowingly missed an appointment and he had the nurse call me to reschedule. He’s the ONLY doctor that I have ever had who seemed to actually care. Honestly, I am pretty happy with the way things have turned out. I will continue to see him as long as it’s possible.“
