“We used them for landscaping last summer. We were charged $2500 for them to come out for less than 2 hrs to edge a few flowerbeds and clean up 2 overgrown areas. That was not all of what we asked for in our original quote. We asked them to come back out and they refused and said " the job was done". Claimed they were here for 4 hrs- I work from home and they were not. They got an attorney involved to receive the rest of the payment which was $1200, & specifically said as long as it was paid in full our lawn would be mowed this summer. As soon as the payment was sent they said they are full and can no longer cut our lawn. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 1st when a customer states the job was not complete you send someone out. secondly when we paid for services we didn't even receive in order to get our lawn cut and the company goes back on their word...that is UNACCEPTABLE!!“

“Lewis tree service I will try to make this a short post. Yeah.... Like THAT'S going to happen. You guys know me right? About two months ago, my doorbell rang right below the NO SOLICITORS sign. It was DP&L. They informed me that they would be trimming the tree branches over the power lines. FOR FREE! So yesterday Lewis tree service was on Robin Road and did a fantastic job! When I walked my client out the door? Seven Puerto Ricans were napping in my yard. SIESTA! I am not a racist as I taught at Dunbar and love that area of Puerto Rico so much that I spent a year there. Beautiful place. And the food? Do not get me started, MUVHANGO! It was 94 degrees outside so I bring out seven red solo cups of Ice water. Auga con heilo. They looked like they were exhausted. Only one could sort of speak Anglaise, English. It was a great opportunity to speak Spanish again. I felt so bad for them that I brought out my leaf blower and blasted them with a welcomed breeze. I was going inside? Uno mass por favor! Again please? Bottom line? Great people. Great Company. I live in the forest by Golden Nugget and if I were to pay them? It would cost about two thousand dollars. It is like I got my winter DP&L bill for free! Vio Con Dios..... DP&L? Gracias!“

His communication and follow-up were impeccable - we had 3 different landscaping companies come out to give us an estimate, and Phil's follow-up and communication was by far leaps and bounds ahead of everyone else's. Second: Phil's crew was so professional, they were spot on timely showing up to start, their work ethic was excellent, very focused, they were efficient and their work was artistic and beautiful, impeccable, above and beyond our expectations. They accomplished a couple of things that we did not think was possible, and it all looks just great!!! The crew's communication was excellent, all around great to work with - Antonio checked in with us before they left to see if there was anything else we needed or that they'd overlooked, and we were able to get one last thing taken care of. We couldn't be more pleased. We couldn't recommend Phil and the Liapis crew any more highly - if you've got landscaping to be done, and (especially if) you've neglected it for awhile, DO NOT HESITATE to call Phil. “Greenspace Pro's LLC (Miguel and his team) are miracle workers. Miguel came out and saw the issues I was having with my patio made of small pebbles, it was terrible. By that night he sent me a 3D design of what my new patio would look like. It was amazing!

After final design approval and getting the materials needed, Miguel and his team made it to my house. Professional, Respectful, Meticulous, Trustworthy, Dedicated...those are just a few words to describe how they worked.

Prior to them starting, Miguel recommended different pavers than what we originally planned. I wasn't 100% sure I agreed with his thoughts but, I went with his decision. I was not disappointed. He really knows the material and knows what will work "good" (the customers way - my way) and what will work "great" (the professional way - his way).

His team went straight to work and worked very well together. It was awesome to watch the transformation. They ended up getting the job done earlier than expected and my patio is now functional and amazing. I was so impressed I asked if they could come back for some mulch work in my front yard, which they took care of. The front of my house has never looked as good as it does now.

I highly recommend Greenspace Pro's LLC for any of your landscaping needs. I already have other projects planned for next year and I will be using their services.
