I never get massages so this was quite the treat. Sarah treats you very well, sits down with you to talk about any aches/pains or medical conditions you would like for her to address. Very relaxing experience, all of my stresses melted away. I will definitely be back to enjoy another massage here. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Sarah has a gift. She is a wealth of knowledge with a passion for what she does. I feel beyond grateful that I found her and plan on being a forever client! I truly can’t say enough good things about her, just go. I have lived a long time in pain and I now have hope that it will be a past memory. She not only listens to what you tell her but she listens to how your body responds to her work. Thank you Sarah for all that you do.

I started going to Dayton Therapeutic massage for myofascial release therapy. After my first visit with Sarah I noticed an immediate improvement. I am only 3 visits in and already have better mobility, and relief from discomfort. I can’t wait for my next appointment! I get to relax, and enjoy a wonderful massage with healing health benefits.
