Product and install were fantastic. Communication could use improvement. I had to reach out several times about the status of our project. Other than that, I do recommend them for any fencing project you may have.

Needed to extend the height of my vinyl fence on one side of my yard. Bellbrook was outstanding. They came out and measured, kept us up to date as the materials were ordered and received, had the utilities marked, and measured again and prepped for the install. Install Team was very professional and led by the Grandson of the Company's founder. This is a family-owned and operated business. Work was accomplished per the agreed specs and terms and they meticulously cleaned up after the work. I highly recommend this business for your fencing needs.

We’re very happy with how our fence turned out, quality of work was excellent and the finished product looks great. The crew did a solid job and the workmanship met our expectations.

That said, communication along the way left a lot to be desired. The project was originally projected to be completed around June or July ‘25, but it wasn’t actually finished until mid-September ‘25. Throughout the process, I found myself having to reach out first for updates rather than being kept in the loop.

Overall, the end result is great, but I do hope the company improves on keeping customers better informed about timelines and progress.
