“When our heat pump stopped working I called Rick. He able to be at the house within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a bad fan motor on the outdoor unit. He had to order the motor. (It's a 19 year old unit so I'm glad it was still available). He was back to install the new fan motor the day he received it. We're cool and comfortable now. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Rick!!“
