I called this florist as I couldn't find exactly what I wanted on their website and I'm out of town so I couldn't stop in - I am so glad I did make that call!
The staff was so nice, allowed me to explain why I was purchasing a floral arrangement and what I was looking for as I had a friend unexpectedly lose their dog this week. I wanted flowers with a keepsake that was most appropriate for the occasion.
The wonderful woman, and I wish I would've gotten her name, took all of the time to explain what keepsakes they had that would fit what I was looking for and she went over available arrangements. She was so patient with me, too.

We live in Texas and I called to have some flowers sent to my brother who had just lost his wife. My niece just sent me a picture of the flowers. They are beautiful Blossom Gallery you did an excellent job. Would highly recommend your florist shop A big thank you from Texas
Pam at Blossom Gallery Florist did our flowers for our wedding and knocked it out of the park! We did lots single stem flowers over arrangements and Pam was 100% dedicated to helping achieve our vision. Even when a supply chain issue caused a last minute change of plans, Pam was right there with a replacement flower that fit in perfectly!I even showed up randomly the day before the wedding (more to pet the adorable shop cats than to check in on the flowers) and Pam rolled with it. She is an excellent communicator and I would recommend her to other brides especially for the Hardin County Armory as she is local!
