Very pleased with the promptness of taking calls at the office and providing next day service. Technician quickly addressed problem, informed me of simple yearly maintenance step to avoid clogged pipe from dirt and dust accumulation. In response to my questions, we reviewed the thermostat panel and he made adjustments to make whole house more comfortable.
Called to have a technician assess the functionality of my water heater after an incident of basement flooding. While it wasn't an emergency, they assigned my case to Tony who was able to fit me into his existing work schedule that same day. Nice guy, he inspected the water heater, re-ignited the pilot light, and did a quick once-over of the furnace to ensure that hadn't sustained any significant water damage. My family has been a customer of Wright H&C for some 20+ years and we couldn't be happier with their professionalism and customer service.
