The Basement guys sent a crew to the Pittsburgh region for an interior French drain and pump installment. While there were a couple challenges with how our basement is set up and access to exterior drainage they explained what they were going to do and finished the job in a timely manner. We just had some of the heaviest rain I’ve had since living here and their system worked like a charm! We took quotes from 2 other companies and this was by far the better price as well!

I recently had foundation work done by The Basement Guys-they put straps to stabilize my bowing basement walls. I was very happy with the whole experience, and would definitely recommend them. The initial consultation and inspection went well: Frank was friendly and took time to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel pressured at all. Scheduling went well, too: Jasmine was very friendly and also answered all of my questions. On the day of the job, the workers (Derek and his team: sorry, I forget their names) came to my house right on time.
