“I booked last minute with Ellen because I was out of town and they accommodated me! My hair is thick and I noticed their website says they specialize in dry cutting. Ellen’s expertise with dry cutting made a world of difference to my hair and the weight it had been holding. So glad I found them and if I’m in town I will definitely be back!

“I personally haven't tanned in years. I've been going here for a couple weeks now and everytime I walk in I feel a warm greeting along with excellent customer service. They do an outstanding job here. Personal thank you to Francesca whom signed me up and is just awesome everytime I check in. Before I walk in she already has me in a bed. Just really doing an excellent job at being proactive and friendly. And the owner Diane whom I see the most is just awesome. Great energy and will brighten your day. This is the place to tan.“

“I have been tanning at the Darque Zone since they opened their first salon in Mogadore 20+ years ago. Ashlee the manager is Awesome and a pleasure to deal with, she is knowledgeable about the beds and the products available.
The owners are also great people and they will work with you the best they can should a problem arise.
I see some negative reviews here and honestly try the competitors you’ll be back no where else do you get the tan that you do at the Darque Zone.“

“Bailey is very pleasant and always willing to help with any needs or questions. She always makes you feel more like family than just a customer. The store is always clean when she is working and you never have to wait for her to run around and clean the beds. I am a VIP member so I can tan in any bed at any location but I like going to Stow because of Bailey!!!! She's a keeper!!!!“

“Always weird to see nothing but 5 star and 1 star reviews. Been going since 2017 to get a base for a trip to Mexico and just liked going so much I didn't stop. I've never once had a bad experience. Everyone that's worked there has been great. Sure they'll offer products, but they're also very smart at helping you get results, which is real. If it's an issue for you, just buy cheap Amazon stuff and say no thank you, the girls there are super nice and won't badger you. They do keep you up to date when there's good sales on the stuff they sell, it's not a gimmick, just looking out for their clients. The place is always super clean, the staff's incredible, the equipment there is good and well maintained. I've been very impressed with how the management's been able to keep great employees when no one else can seem to find good help. Don't let any of the bad reviews sway you. Yeah tanning costs a little money, I think it's definitely worth it though as I used to get terrible sun burns and I don't now by keeping up a light base. If you're looking for a place to tan, I recommend this PBT. Been to a few others out of town, most are pretty good, one wasn't great, but this is the best I've seen. And hey, if any corporate types see this review... bring back the 23 hour rule, and know that your employees at Streetsboro PBT are legit.“

“Great gym. Spacious with a lot of versatile equipment. Staff is really friendly and are always busy cleaning or doing the laundry baskets. Super clean to include the men's bathroom. Reasonable rates with a veteran discount available for those of us who served.“
