Absolutely love this place! Dr. Maglott is very good with all three of my cats, especially my oldest who does not do well with the vet! He also explains everything super well and works well with our schedule! The vet techs are super nice too and they are all so caring! I live about 35 minutes away and have vets closer but I love this place and do not mind the drive!
I love Memorial Animal Hospital! The staff is caring, educated, and helpful. They are so respectful and have wonderful bedside manner. They make a difficult situation the best they possibly can. I moved out of town and am happy to travel to them to get my cat top care. Way to go! Y'all are doing great.
Everyone I have interacted with at Memorial has been kind, helpful, and unfailingly patient, from the reception staff to the veterinary care team.
As a cat owner, I also appreciate how Memorial is sensitive to the needs of felines. The quiet waiting area and towel to cover my cat's carrier while waiting made the vet visit less terrifying for him. The lack of a blaring television is also much appreciated! Please, never get one. The quiet atmosphere is very much appreciated by both cat and (neurodivergent) owner, in my case.
Finally, I miss the Bed and Biscuit. They took wonderful care of my animals when I was travelling, and they are sorely missed.
