Visitors can also stay overnight in the on-site Terraport and take a captivating factory tour led by knowledgeable guides. The tour provides an in-depth look at Airstream production, from start to finish, and includes a visit to the museum featuring vintage Airstreams. The service center and factory tour are highly recommended for Airstream enthusiasts. The service center is known for its exceptional customer service, with staff going the extra mile to assist customers. The process of securing a service appointment can be lengthy, with a wait time of six months or more, but the service provided is worth the wait. The technicians, such as Ethan, are thorough and respectful, providing detailed updates throughout the repair process. Visitors are advised to arrive early on the day of their service and be present in the waiting room to discuss the repairs with their assigned technician. The service center offers the option to camp in the on-site Terraport, but it is recommended to leave the camper in the service bay for the entire repair to maximize the technicians' efficiency. Jason was the BEST customer service I have received in years from any product. He was kind, considerate, and took the time to thoroughly help us with some minor things with our Airstream. We made the stop just hoping to get some small parts and he went the extra mile to help us with the parts AND some great tips we could not have gotten otherwise! LOVE Airstream!
Getting to the Airstream Factory Service Center is a pilgrimage.
Securing a date to have your coach serviced can be a six month or more wait.
I opted for a February repair date, which had more openings available. If you choose a winter month, understand that Jackson center Ohio can be icy and snow.
Working with Josh Aldrich to set up my date, my repair and warranty needs was frictionless.
If arrive on the weekend, there is no one to give you your identifying tag. You will need to be there Monday morning at 7 AM to get the tag to put on your coach.

Dan gave us the tour of the factory and it was incredible. We loved being able to see each piece of an airstream and how it’s put together resulting in the finished product. Dan was so knowledgeable and you could clearly see the passion he has for this company and the benefits of being an employee here. To put it simply, we loved it.
