Broke down in the nearby national forest at the midpoint of a ~4000 mile road trip from Miami to Los Angeles. Alone, female, clearly stranded, and with no option but to have my car towed into the nearby towns, I chose to have it towed to Dickess (the closest shop). I fully acknowledged that I was going to be at the mercy of this shop given that the car couldn’t even drive an inch, and was terrified at the cost and timing.I rented a car, camped in the forest, and wandered Ashland and Ironton for the next few days, desperately trying to think of solutions to get myself home in an affordable way if my car couldn’t be fixed. quick and painless. they looked at my car, fixed it up, added some extra thing to help spot fucher problem all while answering my questions on how to better take car of my car. all in all i appreciate their service and their advice and will defiantly be returningServices: Air conditioning
