“I’ve been going to CORUS45 for 2 months now and wow is this workout crazy! I typically take Pilates, yoga, and weight train but nothing works out my body the way Corus does! After taking 2 classes, I knew I needed to sign up for their membership - it’s worth every penny! The space is fun, has good energy, and you’ll get a great workout in every time. The instructors are always nice and welcoming and help you with form and modifications throughout the class.“

“I really wanted to provide a review - which I almost never do - because committing to Prescription Fitness' plan has affected so much positive change in my life. I cannot believe it took me this long to make the commitment. First and foremost I feel so much happier on an ongoing basis. This I was not expecting. Of course I feel stronger with more energy as well. Secondly, it seems like every time I start a committed fitness program I get injured. I am so competitive with myself, and in my youth I was so invincible. Of course as I age, and I still play tennis quite a bit, my joints do not bounce back as quickly. So when I first started with these guys my meniscus tear on my knee starting hurting a bit. They quickly changed my exercises and I was able to continue with no pain. I am now back into the grove. There are so many times I tell them I would not be there if I did not have the appointment, or I would have stopped 5 reps earlier if I was doing it on my own. I so recommend weight lifting and a personal trainer for everyone. It is the key to a positive outlook on life and a strong and healthy body!“

“5 star great trainer !!!! He is a good listener, patient, encouraging, flexible and changes routines to keep things interesting. Adam has been my personal trainer for 3 days a week since Feb. 2019 for a total nearing 300 sessions with him. I am a 57 year old female with some physical limitations ( a compromised elbow from an accident and aggravated knees from scrambling hillsides) which he mindfully works around by changing my routines as needed.
