I will never patronize the Independence store again. It should never take 4 hours to be seated and get served. The hostess was rude and nonchalant in attitude with us. 2 people in the party of 7 only had salad and a drink due to unacceptable food. I stopped and grabbed a burger on my way home so I could eat some dinner. The table behind us sent back a sirloin steak, they put it back on the grill, burned it to a crispy crunch then put it on my plate and sent it out for me to eat. I know this because the party sitting behind us showed me the pic of the steak she sent back and you could tell it was the same one from where she cut into it.
