Don’t be fooled by the rating, this company lost a contract that chimps could have held on to longer. Patrick Newlon is a complete joke, guy will act like your friend and stab you the second you turn around. He operates from Cleveland and you won’t see him but once a year if that. Easily one of the laziest people I’ve ever met in my life. These people didn’t even have the decency to tell the staff they got removed from the account in Dublin Ohio. They just let them get blind sided by the new company showing up onsite and telling the employees. I am happy to recommend RWK Services for the great job they do taking care of our offices! We especially appreciate the use of green certified cleaning chemicals, because a few people in our office are chemically sensitive to products used by other cleaning companies.
