“April has been a godsend for me in Club Pilates! I am so appreciative of her direct guidance and corrections that I would be lost without. I used to go to OrangeTheory where I had injured myself doing movements in incorrect form whilst the coaches there not correcting/caring enough to say something about it. It is actually really hard to find an instructor that WANTS to make sure you are doing every single position in proper form and then have the courage to come to you directly and say something about it!
