    This place, to me, is a disappointment. At first visit, it was great. My first visit with a nurse practitioner was wonderful. She took care of one of my two skin issues. She said my dime-sized cyst needed surgical removal. She told me to set another appointment. After that, it all went downhill from here. I called back to set up an appointment to surgically remove my small cyst and talk about a billing detail. The woman said she was a bit busy and she would call back about billing information and set up an appointment. She never did call me back.     Honest North Coast Dermatology Review

    If you prefer a doctor to talk over you, cut you off mid question and not take a minute to understand any of your concerns, I recommend Dr. Carol Burg!

    She did an excellent job pushing medication like Big Pharma asks of her and made sure to not answer to questions about anything long term or natural that you can take to heal your body or skin. I admit not everyone cares to ask or think as I do about medications or natural remedies, but for a doctor to disregard anything I ask or say, was ridiculous.     Dr Berg was nice and answered my questions. I just think the front desk is very unpleasant. Every time I have called she sounds like her dog just died and doesn't have time to speak to me. When I went in person for my first appointment, the energy was the same. The front desk just comes off very unfriendly.
