I applied for short term disability weeks before my surgery. 3 months later, no response from representative or her supervisor. I would not recommend doing business with this insurance company. Stay away!☹️
Terrible. I turned in paperwork for my short term disability long before I was scheduled to go out for surgery. It’s been MONTHS since I went out on leave(I am now back at work) and I have gotten paid for “one day” of my 6 1/2 week leave for having an organ removed. I’ve called a couple of times a week and have NEVER heard from my actual “claims manager” I escalated to a manager and NEVER heard from them either. I got an email from someone asking when my actual return to work date was. When I started asking questions about my claim all I got was “our systems are down” ( I’ve been told that several times during this process) and that we are still waiting...read full review
If you try to roll over to another account they give you hard time. I been trying for the last 2 month. They just keep giveing me a hardtime, they are always finding something wrong and tell me to redo the paper Work. Plus the people that work there are total morons. Stay away from this company!!!!!
