Your Technician, Sero P Luangraj, did a thorough job cleaning and checking our A/C getting it ready for summer. He explained what he was doing and was glad to answer any questions. Sero was both professional and personable. I highly recommend using AireServ for both your heating and cooling needs. I feel that I needed to give a 5☆ review, because of the 1☆ review Moore Shade 4less gave and the willingness of Aire Serv to make there mistake right. No excuses, just an apology and a free offer of their services. Kind of figured Mr. Moore would adjust his rating a little, but everyone is intiteled to their opinion. Nice job Aire Serv if I wasn't in the same line of business as you I would recommend you to my friends and family. ?
Our heat pump needed to be replaced as it was 18+ years old and died. They provide me with three options. I also requested quotes from other companies. Their quote was the most competitive and provided the most detail. The guys arrived on time and immediately went to work replacing the old system. Brian and Nick were both professional and responsive to my concerns. They did a fantastic job. They ran into an issue and called for back up. Alex arrived and the situation was resolved within an hour. I cannot thank every one enough for the fantastic service.Services: Heating system installation
