Smal City gives the best service for pedicures. Each time I go in, I see the same faces, and it does not matter who I get, Tony, Amy, or Soi, they never rush through through it. The prices are consistent, and much better than what I see at the newer places. Plus, I get the home town feel. Thank you guys, keep up the great work!
