Totally professional. Competitive prices. Super knowledgeable. She earned every dime. I first started with a house I Way overpaid for ( auction, not from her). We tried to sell it just making most of my money back but it wasnt worth near what I paid. So next I fix it up. Many months later Maria posts it back on the market for me with everything I could ask for. All details laid out. Pictures perfect. I had several showings booked immediately. Maria navigated a suddenly tight real estate market for us. She really worked the sales side of the process. When we found buyers who became extremely difficult, and tried on a few occasions to ignore their contract, she exercised patience but persistence, and helped close the sale.
