This might be the rudest realty office in town. My father passed at 90 and we hadn't even had his funeral when we received a "I noticed this man is dead, can I profit from your loss letter." I would never ever ever consider hiring anyone from this realty office, in particular Carole O'Brien. There are better ways to get listings.

Shannon and her team were tremendously helpful during our first home buying experience. She (or her husband!) was able to meet us at every showing at our preferred time frame and spent time going through the home and sharing her honest opinion. She was punctual, quick to respond, and a wonderful advocate for us during the entire process. Whenever we are back in the market we will definitely be going through Shannon!

Buyers agent Nick Arsena and his broker David Chervenic fell short of following through with a purchase agreement. Long story short, I had an offer from one of Nick’s buyers who signed a contract and did an inspection on the house and then he just went MIA. As the contract stated, escrow money would be deposited after the last inspection. 3 days after inspection, we are to assume the buyer is purchasing as-is, because he didn’t give us a report. Nick kept dragging his feet trying to get in touch with this guy and he couldn’t get him on the phone or anything.
