Due to my own stupidity, Dr. Hoover had to help me on Passover. He took the time out of his holiday to ask me questions, recommend immediate solutions and write me a prescription to clear an infection that decided to peak over the holiday. Tracy did scheduling gymnastics to get me in as soon as possible for both the assessment and then downstream to dental surgery. They are the best.
Dawn has been my dental hygienist for years, and she’s excellent at what she does. She’s warm, personable, and genuinely cares about her patients. Every appointment feels less like a dental visit and more like catching up with an old friend.
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Hoover since we moved here in 1986. I am the only one still with him because I am the only one still living in Hudson. I would’ve trade my experiences with Dr. Hoover for any other dentist anywhere! He is an artist!
