Dave Kohl is definitely a respectful and responsible handy man. He returned phone calls/texts quickly, was timely in getting the job scheduled and completed, he actually did more than was asked of him to make sure the job was done correctly and we wouldn’t have future issues. Im quite particular as to who I hire for various home related repair projects, so when I moved to my new location, I searched the internet for a handyman in the area who had strong customer reviews. Based upon his reviews, I gave David a call and he responded promptly, providing a fair and competitive bid for a variety of household projects. We agree on a date, and he arrived promptly completing numerous projects with care, professionalism, and an expertise that reflected his many years of related service. In addition, he was courteous and left the worksite as clean as it was when he arrived. His work was excellent, and therefore I recommend him highly as a handyman, and certainly plan to contact him again in the future as the need arises.
