I just want to thank you Mike and Ty for an amazing, excellent job!! Not only was the service 5 star but the professionalism was also 5 star. I used to different carpet cleaning companies in the past, however I was not satisfied. A friend recommended Carpet Pro to me saying you guys were the absolute best and boy was he telling the truth. Mike and Ty answered all my My questions no and gave me total trust and confidence in their products and services. If I had a million dollars to give away I definitely would give you guys half! Because I couldn’t spend it all in one place. Lol ? thank you both for transforming my apartment/ carpet! THANK YOU CARPET PRO?? right

He explained the carpet treatment options and process, and answered all of my questions. He also gave me a courtesy call before arriving which I appreciated.
