I can't say enough about this animal hospital. The compassion and caring were above what I expected and the fees were reasonable. My pup got sick and Kathy got Lou in immediately.Unfortunately , after a few days we had to put him down. The staff grieved with us. Lou was cremated and he came back in a beautiful box with his name on it, his paw print cast in stone, and his fur in a card with a heart. Dr Williard and her staff helped us to get through this horrible process. Thank you for your kindness and support. You made a bad situation a little easier to deal with.
Whitney and Kathy are such a bright light in my day when I call or enter the office! They are always willing to go the extra mile to help me! The doctors are amazing and very knowledgeable! They always take great care of my animals! I will always bring my pets here!
This hospital and staff are absolutely wonderful. My 14 year old cat was very sick. I called my old vet and 7 others none of them had time to see him. However, Boston Heights Veterinary Hospital heard about his symptoms and made time to see him. They were exceptionally welcoming with smiles and kindness. The two receptionists Whitney and Kathy were great, talked me through what would happen and gave great customer service and care. I saw Dr. Lisa and Beth the first time. They took great care with great concern for my cat. He's doing fantastic now. I took my other 14 year old cat there and saw Dr. Willard and Denise.
