Whitney and Kathy are such a bright light in my day when I call or enter the office! They are always willing to go the extra mile to help me! The doctors are amazing and very knowledgeable! They always take great care of my animals! I will always bring my pets here!

This hospital and staff are absolutely wonderful. My 14 year old cat was very sick. I called my old vet and 7 others none of them had time to see him. However, Boston Heights Veterinary Hospital heard about his symptoms and made time to see him. They were exceptionally welcoming with smiles and kindness. The two receptionists Whitney and Kathy were great, talked me through what would happen and gave great customer service and care. I saw Dr. Lisa and Beth the first time. They took great care with great concern for my cat. He's doing fantastic now. I took my other 14 year old cat there and saw Dr. Willard and Denise. I’ve been taking my dog there for treatment for 8 years since they saved her life after being hit by a car. Quality of care is outstanding & the staff is always very polite & courteous. I won’t take my little girl anywhere else.
