“Stepping on a nail and having to get a TDAP is zero fun. Having said that (I’m so sorry I’m terrible with names) the lady at the front desk, my nurse and the doctor were all incredible. They had seen about 60 patients before me that day but still treated me like I was the first. So nail in foot: bad. Staff at Kettering Health Urgent Care - Huber: amazing“

“It was so convenient to go to the Urgent Care in Fairborn. The wait was minimal; Medicare and insurance were no problem. MA Shelley was extremely friendly and understanding. Dr. Malcolm was great...he has a warm excellent bedside manner. He listened carefully to my concerns, assessed my problem, and gave me a prescription. I felt better within a few hours!
