Fast, Easy, And AMAZINGGG customer service.
Process was super fast, Brittney and Bri were super nice and informative! Brittney had my lenses and glasses ready within 30 minutes and reassured me if there’s anything wrong with them to let her know. Super friendly yet professional environment. :)
Came to Stanton in holland Ohio just to browse the frames and Brittany, Ashley, Jean, and Breanna were all so helpful and honest about how the different frame types and shapes would look on me! It was amazing. The fact that you can tell they aren’t there just to collect money from me but cared about how I would look in the frames is such an amazing treatment/feeling you typically wouldn’t get from most places! They all were so great.
I came here as other vision places were charging and unbelievable amount. Ashley, was there to help me find good pricing along with giving me options that were affordable. She was very kind and helpful and I loved being able to talk with her. I also didn't have to pay an extreme amount of money that it would've been elsewhere. I really do appreciate Ashley and her help!
