I'm trying to sell a house in an area where the market hasn't bounced back. One of the "must do" items was replace the roof. I contacted six different companies for estimates. Masin and one other were the only two that called me back. The price was affordable, they did a fantastic job and they got it done quickly. It was the least stressful task of prepping the house to sell. Highly recommend!
