“I wanted to enroll my kids (a 5yo Girl and 8yo boy) into a martial arts academy. I did a lot of research on Ann Arbor, Jackson, and Toledo area facilities. I also visited many Acadamy's in those areas. With one visit Ohio Brasa impressed me much more than any other academy. The coaches are patient and really motivated to train the kids in the class and are always looking out for the safety of their students. Since beginning BJJ at Brasa, both of my kids are better listeners and much more disciplined. This has translated outside of BJJ and have become serious about competition: academics, football, soccer, baseball and wrestling. Not to mention Coach Deon and his team have trained both of them into winning gold medals at multiple BJJ competitions. I will continue to drive my kids the 1-hour commute as I can clearly see very positive outcomes from this academy.“
