Our 11 year old pitty, Sassafras Marie, recently went through a very traumatic experience that left her in extreme pain, and Dr. Kalo has been nothing short of incredible through it all. She has gone above and beyond, fitting us in for countless office visits, meeting us on weekends, twice a day, just to make sure Sassy was comfortable, and treating every single complication with the utmost care and urgency.

Hinckley is truly the best animal hospital I have ever taken my animals to. Everyone is so compassionate, caring, and they want to help your pet they are upfront with costs and different paths to go as well. Dr. Oscar is so knowledgeable and loving to our pets. We put our dog down a month ago and in the midst of life, forgot his ashes had come back. They reached out and apologized for bothering, although not a bother, I’m so appreciative of their compassion. We will never go anywhere else.
