I had an appointment with Lana for 10 AM on August 15, 2017. I waited and waited for her. No call to say she was running late, etc. I called Floor Coverings International and was transferred to Lana's cell number. I wasn't able to leave a message as her mailbox was full. She never showed up or called.Poor customer service. Will NOT recommend to friends or family.
