I really love this studio and the variety of fitness classes makes this studio my go to place! I love everything about the studio, sufficient parking, clean facility, organized events, and much more! I can’t wait until I am in town again to stop in!

I went to college for 4 years with Noreen many, many moons ago, Noreen has high integrity, strong work ethic, leads by example, creative, inspires excellence with high moral/value system. Noreen is an experienced professional who has many worldly life experiences that get rolled into the growth of her students.
