Words will never be able to explain how I feel about this clinic . I met them in August when my Brutus Boy ( pitbull) got very ill. DR Lance and the staff made every accommodation for my baby including helping him to the rainbow bridge outside under a beautiful tree surrounded by his loved ones . They were there comforting us in this traumatic time and never left our side. They talked to us about Brutus and his impact on us within his life . Dr Lance helped to get me a pet grief counselor , I still struggle with losing my precious boy. I will forever be in their grace .
So today my other baby boy had to go to the office because he is experiencing some skin issues ....read full review
New edit: I was on vacation and my cat back home wasn't doing great. They got her in super quick and worked with my pet sitter on a variety of options for her. She is a senior cat and all my senior cats before her they went above and beyond. If you're looking for affordable and compassionate, Colonial is the place to go. They kept me up to date on blood work and I'm so thankful.
We called on a Saturday morning and the answering machine pichup. I left a message and wsited a very short time. The Dr called me back and said they were booked up and gave me the name on a vet clinic in a nearby town open on Saturday. I asked several questions about our dog and she took the time to tell me what we could do to help him.
She was carrying and concerned about our pet and went out of her way to help.
