We reached out to Dave and his company in a pinch. We had a bathroom remodel gone wrong through another company and we were looking for someone to help us scrap and restart our project. Dave was a huge blessing and a Godsend. We had a very tight timeline ( a baby due in less than two weeks)and he took control of the process and was able to help us recover quickly and efficiently. From the beginning, he was quick to respond and so helpful in those responses. His company was always polite and courteous. One thing I have learned about good contractors is the best ones are on time daily-not only was he on time but his people stayed late to make sure we met our crazy deadline which I appreciate more than I can say in words. Our family was so pleased with their hard work and dedication and of course the outcome. Dave has your back through the process and makes sure that things are being done properly. Everyone says to hold on to the name of a good contractor when you find one and we will be holding on to Dave @ Ryan Home Maintenance and Remodel for all our future projects. Everything was just easier because of them! Will hire again.

I had a bathroom remodel completed in one bathroom. I also had a vanity replaced in a second bathroom. When Dave came out to quote me a price he was fair and reasonable. He started the remodel within a couple days. He helped me pick out finishes and details to really make the project look complete and beautiful. When there is a remodeling project I have in mine my first thought is time to contact Dave to see what it will take. I can texted him during the work day and he always gets back to me at most within a couple hours. Other places may take a day or two. I know that I can count on the quality of work and the timeliness of the work.Services: Flooring
