They pick up the phone and get out to help and problem solve as soon as they can. I've had issues with a sump pump battery backup due to the unknown (manufacturer issues, electrical issues) and EACH time I had an issue or questions, they would get someone out as soon as possible to help me solve it. I appreciate how they operate.
