Fawn and Chris at the front desk have amazing patience dealing with some of the people I have seen them working with.Dr. Sullivan is great, and so is Dr. Al-Obosi. Dr. Al-Obosi tells you like it is, no sugar-coating.Andrea works her butt off trying to help fight the insurance companies over dumb stuff.My only gripe is the lab moving fully to Britton Parkway

03/06/2023: I really do like Dr. Sullivan. But I’ve been going to this office since I was a kid & when I started making my appointments at 18, the staff was never kind - always impatient and seemed irritated with anything I ask or say. Today I needed an appointment ASAP due to a sore throat that is most likely due to strep or tonsilitis (and I really need to get back to work) and was told I could come in today at 3:30pm. I don’t live close by but feel comfortable with the medical staff so I come back. I even asked if I should just go to a minute clinic and she said that she could just get me in today. Dr. Sullivan has been seeing our family for many years. She saw us as children and now sees all of my children. She is kind, wise, and easy to talk to. She is someone who truly cares and is easy to relate to. She goes above and beyond in providing care for us all every time we see her. She is absolutely a beautiful person inside and out. We are so blessed and grateful to have her!
