He explained his diagnosis very thoroughly and walked me through a plan over the next few weeks. At the start of the new year my insurance changed and I was unable to continue my care at Lighthouse which was hard to accept but I had to try another Dr. After two visits with the new Dr I was so unhappy and had heard enough of his “snake oil salesman” bull I called Dr Steve’s office to see what I could do, of course they welcomed me with open arms but when Kim (ofc mgr) was looking at my policy she noted I had a $0 copay if I used a in-network Dr and immediately recommended someone that Dr Steve knew and could consult with and give me the care I was used to with Lighthouse.
