I had first heard of JRC from a neighbor who frequently walks around my neighborhood and had seen their sign up at a few sites. I interviewed the owner about doing a potential screened-in porch for our house and he suggested I visit a similar project nearby. I was really impressed with the end result and the high quality of the materials. After quickly working through the design and cost estimates, JRC coordinated a large number of construction teams and inspectors to visit our house and put the plan together. John was one of the few contractors who genuinely listened to our needs and came up with proactive solutions to solve our space. Listening to him walk through what was necessary, it became clear that his knowledge set is extensive and he is up to speed on all necessary permits, parameters and codes. Beyond his work, his team did an excellent job in a timely manner working within our budget. The design team, electricians, carpenters were all efficient, professional and hard working. I would recommend using him for future projects.
