I have been a member at Hand and Stone for a few years. I get monthly massages with Betty, who is phenomenal. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe a massage from Betty.
You are refreshed and revitalized after your session. She pays attention to detail, and your problem areas are worked on until you have relief.

I booked their introductory full body massage with Angela and had a great experience. She was kind and thorough, concentrating on my neck and shoulders as well as working my lower back muscles. She gave me tips on stretching exercizes and other at-home remedies for my injured back. The bed was heated and the hot towel at the end made me not want to get up! I ended up taking advantage of their monthly massage club, and am looking forward to reaping the benefits of some much-needed self care.
