The last 3 times I’ve got a haircut the same person did a terrible job. The first 2 times someone had to take over and finish but this time it was too busy for anyone to step in.
I don’t know how they are still employed. I will avoid this great clips going forward. Everyone else at this location has always done a great job, I don’t have a difficult haircut. I just cant keep being disappointed with something as simple as a haircut.
Do not waste your time going anywhere else. The staff is super nice and take pride in what they do. I have been to two different locations and my cut always looks the same. Kudos and thank you for all that y'all do.
I honostly have to say this is the best hair cut I’ve ever had, if your gonna go to great clips on Hilliard Rome road ask for Heather, I’ll definitely be back and will be seeing her everytime for my hair cuts. Thank you Heather
