Amazing staff! They went above and beyond. I have lost all 3 pairs of my prescription glasses over the holidays. I went in was greeted immediately and was asked to sign in. Upon signing in I was helped within 3 minutes. I was paying out of pocket for new glasses and they offered to check to see if my insurance would cover new glasses. And it did. I never asked for this service but I appreciate it. I also work in the service industry and I always try to get my customers the best price especially in this economy and near the holidays. We bought glasses for our two college students from this store. We are very thankful for the welcoming, thorough, polite, professional service that we received from GM, Qandeel Qureshi. She took time to listen to what styles and treatments we were after. She was gracious while adjusting for size and fit. The glasses were ready even faster than we expected. We had issues with one frame after the sale and she has been a true professional in handling our needs with true expertise. She is excellent in serving her customers!! We will be loyal customers because of the experiences we've had with her. She's a champion!!

The staff is very friendly and my single focus lenses were made in 3 minutes! And the single focus lenses were free with our insurance. All of that was great! However, the wait for the eye exam was quite long even though we had scheduled appointments. My appointment was at 11am, we arrived early, and I still didn't go back to an exam room until 11:30/11:45. They also ask for your entire medical history, which I don't think they need to know. We were there for over 2 hours, including the eye exams. Multi-focal lenses can't be made in house so now I'm just waiting on those to arrive and I'll have to go back to pick them up.
