We woke up to a leaking sump pump pipe that was ready to burst. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they said it would be between 8-9 am, but the plumber called us and was here at 6:45. He replaced the sump pump and was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved our basement!
I can't remember the guy's name but he was amazing. I thought My garage disposal was broken and was fully prepared to pay a ridiculous amount for a new one but to my surprise he fixed it within 5 min. He also fixed some issues with my bathtub all within less than an hour. The price was way less than I was expecting. I will definitely recommend them to friends & family.
My neighbor down the street gave this company a recommendation. I trust her opinion so I decided to give them a try. Over the past few years I've had them: Unclog a bathroom sink. Had them provide opinion on repair of a double walled pedestal sink. (Repair vs Replace) Flush the hot water heater (and show me how to do it). Look at a leaking toilet tank. They are always professional and always helpful. Their prices have been reasonable too!
