You didn't leave room for me to come in on my visit today with Joe he came out to see our new air conditioner and was really nice to us he did a little bit with a screwdriver and talk to us and we are pleased thank you tell Tom that he's the bestest also.

Technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. Checked and cleaned my outside unit and reported that all was well. Was here at the stated time and was on his way. Thanks American Air.
Joe was very good at telling me what was causing the problem and did a great job fixing it. I now have a contract service with you .And will be happy to refer people to you for service.
